Ashley Vazzana ’24 is a Chemistry and Science in Society double major and a Jewish and Israeli Studies minor on the pre-med track. She is from Easton, Massachusetts and wants to learn more about the interconnection between medicine, philosophy, technology and sociology. After a service trip in Costa Rica, Ashley became very interested in public health and bringing adequate medical and health care to families in rural undeveloped areas.
In the future, she hopes to attend medical school and work towards being a part of a mission to bring medicine and ambulances to different countries where public health can be improved. Outside of academics Ashley enjoys walking her dogs, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity on the weekends, being a member of the equestrian team, and attending WesWIS meetings.
